Team 3 did an excellent job of cleaning. I was thrilled with the wonderful job they did cleaning the floors. Plus they did some additional tasks they normally don't do - but which I truly appreciated. They actually cleaned our cat's blanket - which was so very sweet and considerate - as it sits in the living room 24/7. Again, Team 3 was absolutely terrific!!!

This team did an EXCEPTIONAL JOB of cleaning our home this week. We had Christmas sparkles everywhere and they did such a thorough job of washing and cleaning the floors that you could not find a sparkle anywhere. The cleaning crew was very friendly and nice to deal with. However, there were a couple of things in the kitchen/living room areas that weren"t as thorough as I would like and expect. Examples: back of chairs in kitchen weren"t dusted, not moving items and frames on the wooden counter between kitchen and living room. It appears that in some areas, they just dusted around them so that areas were missed and didn"t get dusted.

"We have separate cans for garbage/trash and recycling (paper, plastic and metal). While there is a trash room on each floor, recycling must be taken to the dumpster in the garage for disposal. We appreciate that they take out the trash but they can leave the any recycling and we will dispose of that ourselves. Thank you!"

Upholstered furniture was not vacuumed at all. Special attention was to be baseboards in the kitchen, they are lots of areas that were missed. Drains in bathroom sink in main bathroom not shiny/not cleaned. Overall they were very nice but the cleaning was not to the standard of other teams we have had.

The sink in my laundry room wasn't cleaned. It was wiped out but there was a big stain on the bottom. I was able to remove it with an SOS pad & some elbow grease so I know it was possible. I use the sink to clean gardening tools...
