IMPORTANT MAIDBRITE POLICIES

1. Home Safety: Complying with safety regulations is mandatory. This includes monitoring work areas and immediately reporting any damage or incidents within the home.

2. Vehicle Safety: All employees must wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion. Using cell phones while driving is prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules may result in severe disciplinary action.

3. Confidentiality and Respect: Customer privacy must be respected at all times. Discussing customer information with outside parties is prohibited.

4. Professional Attire: Wear the clean, stain-free uniform provided by MaidBrite. This includes khaki pants and a formal shirt. Groomed hair and short nails are required.

5. Use of Telephones : The use of personal telephones while working inside the client's home is prohibited, except for emergencies with approval.

6. Correct Use of Equipment: All employees must use the cleaning products and equipment provided by the company responsibly. Any damage caused by improper use will be the employee's responsibility.

7. Personal Integrity: Any form of theft, harassment or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the contract.

8. Punctuality Policy: Employees must report on time and ready for work. Repeated noncompliance will result in disciplinary action.
