Referral Program Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the MaidBrite Referral Program ("Program") and govern your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.
1. Eligibility:
- To participate in the Program, you must be an existing MaidBrite customer who has completed at least one cleaning service with MaidBrite.
- The Program is open to individuals aged 18 and older.
- MaidBrite employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Referral Rewards:
- Existing customers who refer new recurrent clients ("Referrers") will receive $100 in Extra Task Assignments (check list below) for their next recurring service booking.
- Add-on credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The maximum total add-on credits for Referrers cannot exceed the total cost of their next recurring service booking.
2.1 Extra Task Assignments Available:
- Wash windows inside.
- Empty, wipe, and replace books and items on shelves.
- Empty, wipe, and replace items inside cabinets/hutches.
- Remove shoes, etc. from closets, vacuum and replace.
- Clean inside medicine chests.
- Remove ashes from the fireplace.
- Clean inside oven: Please run self-cleaners the night before.
- Clean inside refrigerator.
3. Referral Process:
- To refer a friend or family member, Referrers should ensure that their name is mentioned by the Referred Customer at the time of booking their first cleaning service.
- Referred Customers must be new clients to MaidBrite and must not have used our services in the past.
4. Earning and Redemption:
- Referrers will earn their Extra Task Assigmments once the Referred Customer completes their first paid cleaning service.
- Add-on credits will be applied to the Referrer's account and can be redeemed on their next recurring service booking.
- Add-on credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Program Changes and Termination:
- MaidBrite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
- In the event of Program termination, add-on credits earned but not redeemed will be forfeited.
6. Privacy:
- By participating in the Program, you agree that MaidBrite may collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. General:
- These Terms are subject to change without notice.
- Participation in the Program is at your own risk, and MaidBrite is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the Program.
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin.
- Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wisconsin.

Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
1.1. The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.2. Participants must reside within a 20-kilometer radius of Menomonee Falls, where our cleaning services are available.
1.3 Valid just for NEW CUSTOMERS.
1.4 Must Follow our Instagram Page and our Facebook Page to enter.
2. Entry:
2.1. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the giveaway.
2.2. Participants can enter the giveaway by completing the specified entry requirements, which may include submitting an entry form or performing certain actions.
2.3. Each participant may submit only one entry per year. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
3. Prize:
3.1. The prize for the giveaway is as specified in the giveaway announcement.
3.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
3.3. The winner is responsible for any taxes or additional expenses incurred as a result of accepting the prize.
4. Winner Selection:
4.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
4.2. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
4.3. The winner will be notified via email or SMS within a reasonable time after the giveaway ends.
4.4. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, another winner will be selected.
4.5 To be part of the election you must complete one of our Free Estimate appointment. In case of cancelation or non-getting the appointment, you will not be eligible for the giveaway winner selection.
4. 6 Customers who have previously been our clients but are no longer currently engaged with our services are not eligible.
5. Publicity:
5.1. By participating in the giveaway, the winner agrees to allow us to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes, including but not limited to announcing the winner on our website, social media platforms, or other marketing materials.
